If you wish to cancel your medical appointment, make sure to send your request at least 24 hours before your scheduled test. A non-refundable cancellation fee of Rs. 3,000 (USD equivalent) is applicable for all appointment cancellations.
Once your GCC (Medical) Slip has been issued by the system, it cannot be refunded or canceled in most cases. The slip remains active for 30 days, allowing you time to complete your test. However, if you miss your appointment during this period, you’ll need to cancel your current slip and reapply for a new one.
